The Center's sole purpose is to serve as a vehicle for emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Dhyanyoga Centers is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
Specialties
Our peaceful, supportive and spiritually nourishing environment offers the ideal setting for authentic yoga classes integrating asana, pranayam, and yoga philosophy, Introduction to Meditation classes, open silent meditation every Thursday from 6:00-6:30pm, Personal Retreat Days, and a variety of workshops that support physical, mental and spiritual well-being. For those seeking a deeper spiritual experience, Shri Anandi Ma, Meditation Master and head of the ancient lineage of Kundalini Maha Yoga, offers programs and workshops when she is in residence. The Center's Kirtan Group leads invites the community to join them for a blissful evening of kirtan the first Friday evening of the month, August through April.
