Rochester Primary School is a learning center that employs a staff of more than 50 full-time, certified teachers and paraprofessionals that includes a guidance counselor, psychologist, speech and language pathologist, occupational and physical therapists, media aides, special education instructors, custodians and classroom teachers. It maintains a library that houses a collection of over 10,000 books and supports various databases for accelerated reader program. Rochester Primary School, built in 2002, conducts special classes for students with disabilities.
