History
Emily established Emblem Fitness Solutions in 2016 with the aim to help injured athletes (competitive or recreational) make the transition from rehab/pain into performance (whether that was competing in athletic events, or simply living more fully). The goal has always been to provide coaching and education to promote recovery, improve athletic performance, and build a knowledge and skill base that will provide injury prevention and athletic longevity. After working with injured individuals from all levels of professional and competitive athletics, Emily realized her desire to work with developing athletes to help them avoid the pitfalls that exist in the highest levels of competition. This passion to empower young athletes with the skills, habits, and knowledge to maximize performance and resiliency became the driving force behind the addition of Emblem's Youth Athletic Development services.
