HistoryI have been teaching yoga in Fairfax, Chantilly, Centerville, Reston, Oakton & Herndon, VA for over 10 years as a teacher in gyms, recreation centers, corporate centers and schools. My background is in gymnastics, dance and martial arts, with a BBA in Business Law & RE. Coming to yoga reluctantly and pregnant with my son over 15 years ago, I have committed my career to sharing this practice for a healthy and wholistic lifestyle practice to anyone who wants to grow and strive for their highest self. It is my Dharma.
