Marine Corps Community Services, also known as MCCS, is the single point of contact and service provider for more than 80 programs and services available in garrison, deployed and independent duty environments. The agency employs approximately 11,000 nonappropriated fund, more than 900 appropriated fund and nearly 200 military personnel. Marine Corps Community Services provides single marine and children, youth, and teen programs. The agency s Semper Fit programs contribute to military effectiveness and promotes and maintains the mental and physical well-being of active duty marines. Its Marine Corps Family Team Building (MCFTB) program includes family readiness programs, a key volunteer network, spouses learning series, and prevention and relationship enhancement program.
