Located in Mercersburg, Pa., Mercersburg Academy is an independent, co-educational boarding school providing education to students in grades nine through 12. The school was established in 1836, and offers a wide variety of college preparatory courses in various subjects, including art, history, world religions, biology, English, history, science, and classical and modern languages. It offers a wide range of academic and nonacademic classes in the fine and performing arts, such as theater, dance, music, drawing, painting, sculpture and computer-based art.
