I specialize in intentional breath, guided meditation, and essential oil therapy for stress reduction, mood management, and up-leveled work environments. Having spent over a decade as a corporate business professional, I know what it's like to be in high pressure, fast paced environments. I can relate. And I bring that understanding and reality with me when I work with my clients.
