History
Regina and Jon both have a passion for healing, wellness, and mindbody health. After much collaboration they decided to create a holistic wellness center to provide the highest quality of care possible. Their skills complement each other very well. Regina trained in massage therapy over 10 years ago, and further developed her wellness practice by becoming a certified yoga instructor. She has continued to develop her knowledge and passion for mindbody wellness working with chiropractors and naturopaths, dietitians, in yoga studios, in schools, at community centers, and with private clients in individual sessions. Jon began learning the art of meditation in 2009. He went on to get trained as a mental health counselor and has been practicing mental health counseling since 2014. Jon has studied holistic wellness and participated on research teams that explored evolutionary psychology and alternative therapies. He is a published author on the micro-nutrient mood connection.

We take a holistic approach to mindbody wellness. The therapy you experience will be tailored to you, based on your life experiences, personality, and goals. We provide mental health counseling for individuals and couples, at-home massage therapy, private yoga training, group yoga training, energy healing, mindfulness training, guided meditations, nutritional counseling, and life coaching. We treat stress, tension, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, chronic illness, realtionship issues, and injuries. We also promote optimal health and relaxation.
