Jackson Team Brad Jackson, owner Brad was born into the jewelry business in Blackwell, Okla. After receiving his Graduate Gemologist diploma from the Gemological Institute of America in Carlsbad, Calif., Brad came back to Oklahoma and began helping his brother run a jewelry store in Enid. Seven years later, in June of 1983, Jackson Diamond Jewelers opened its doors in Stillwater, Okla. Brad prides himself on well-made, high-quality jewelry. His high standards have helped make Jackson Diamond Jewelers the success it is today. Paula is one of the owners of Jackson Diamond Jewelers, and her role in the company is very diverse. From merchandizing to housekeeping, and customer appreciation to employee get-togethers, Paula does whatever it takes to keep Jackson successful. Visual merchandizing and matching a client with the perfect jewelry are her favorite roles within the company. The son of Brad and Paula, Peter has worked for the family business for more than three years. His duties include customer service, creative marketing, and using design software to create custom jewelry for clients. He especially enjoys reusing family diamonds that have been passed down through generations to create unique family heirlooms. Ron has been a member of the Jackson team for 14 years. Serving as a sales and design associate, Ron has his Graduate Diamonds diploma from the Gemological Institute of America, and he has also taken several colored stone courses from GIA. His favorite part of working at Jackson is helping people commemorate special moments in their lives with jewelry. Beth has been in charge of accounting at Jackson Diamond Jewelers for two years. Beth is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. The best part of her job, she says, is meeting clients and seeing the jewelry they select to memorialize the special occasion in their lives. A Jackson team member for four years, Carol serves as the inventory manager. Aside from this, Carol's responsibilities include customer service and in-store repair jobs. Carol especially enjoys being a part of the different occasions that bring clients into the stores. As the goldsmith, Patrick plays an extremely important role in the Jackson team. He is responsible for repairs and custom orders. At Jackson for seven years, Patrick appreciates that his job is never boring and takes pride in a job well done.
