Established in 1981, Hartville Meadows is a medical center that provides a range of health care services for individuals with developmental disabilities and mental illnesses. It is a 32-plus-bed intermediate care facility that features a heated indoor swimming pool, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living, dining and activity rooms. The center offers 24-hour skilled nursing, psychiatric evaluation, psychological assessment, treatment planning, program management, training, and physical, occupational and speech therapy services.
