History
We started out selling cupcakes on Saturdays at the Piedmont Triad Farmers Market. Pretty soon, we had regular customers who knew to come early as we sold out every week. Baking one day a week lead to baking six days a week as demand for our cupcakes and cakes grew. In February of 2013, we decided that we had outgrown our home bakery and found our space in Dover Square, where we opened our storefront location in June of 2013.
Specialties
We are a small batch bakery, specializing in sweet baked goods - cupcakes, custom cakes, pies, scones, cookies, French macarons, cheesecakes, croissant, etc. Everything is baked fresh daily, using local, fresh ingredients whenever possible. All of our cakes are custom made for your event, and baked fresh the day you need them. We have gluten-free, sugar-free, and dairy-free options as well. We also have an intimate cafe space where you can enjoy our treats with a cup of coffee, tea or other soft drink.
