The Pearl River Chamber of Commerce is made up of local residents and businesses with the goal of serving the community. It sponsors events such as Pearl River Day and Mom's Night Out.
The Chamber of Commerce has a number of volunteer committees. There is a Beautification Committee that focuses its efforts on improvements to the Pearl River business district such as planting trees and flowers and putting up holiday decorations. Members of the Government Affairs Committee take turns representing the Chamber of Commerce at Orangetown Town Board Meetings.
