The idea for our business began about 10 or 11 years ago, Carol and I (Ralph) were in Wisconsin for a visit and carol and her girlfriend were shopping in Brookfield for something that I was certainly not interested in shopping for, so I started wandering around this little strip mall. There was a store called the Oilerie that had these stainless steel tanks lined up on shelves. It intrigued me so I went in to see what it was. This was the first time I had ever tried
