History
After earning a first and second degree black belt in Mixed Martial Arts, I decided to start a business of my own. Many people love the benefits of Martial Arts, but are uncomfortable working in close proximity with partners, including sparring. With this in mind, I designed the workout to incorporate Muay Thai Kickboxing into a fitness program where partner work is not necessary. Using the heavy bags adds to the muscle-building aspect of the workout and provides the entire body with benefits. The workout is fun and appeals to all fitness levels, ages, sizes and genders.
Specialties
Fitness Kickboxing is a high-energy kickboxing workout based on the fundamentals of Muay Thai Kickboxing. It's an interval-training program that incorporates several rounds of kickboxing on the heavy bag, strength and core exercises. Exhilarating and addictive! There is no person to person contact, and all fitness levels are welcome (the workout is modifiable).
