The Battle Creek Enquirer is the only daily newspaper in Battle Creek, Mich. Owned by Gannett Company, its history of providing news in Michigan dates back to 1900 as the Morning Enquirer. Several ownerships later, Gannett purchased the newspaper in 1971. It has expanded to a staff of more than 200 editors, writers, photographers, designers and press operators.
