Under the leadership of Chief Mike Rupard, the Jessamine County Fire District has made significant strides in providing efficient and effective fire, rescue, and emergency medical services. The district's commitment to training and continuous improvement is evident through the establishment of a Training Bureau in 2005 and the addition of full-time firefighters to meet the demands of a growing county.
