Formerly known as Healthy Beginnings is an early childhood program for families with children up to 3 years. It provides supportive, educational and therapeutic services to improve the lives of infants, young children and families. Healthy Beginnings programs are offered in Terre Haute, Clinton, Indiana and Sullivan in Indiana. It is a federally funded early intervention program that provides developmental and educational services to infants and toddlers with disabilities. The program is a part of the First Steps system, which was formerly known as Infant Follow-Along, Home Visitor Program, and Children's Learning Center, which offers information, referral, community services, learning opportunities and family support to families and providers of people with disabilities and special health care needs. Healthy Beginnings is funded by the Indiana's Children's Trust Fund and Healthy Families Indiana.
