Located in Chicago, ZAM's Hope Community Resource Center is a nonprofit organization that works to empower low-income individuals, immigrants and their families. Established in 2000, it offers a range of after-school, housing assistance, and tutoring and mentoring programs. The organization provides crisis intervention, employment referral, food assistance, and senior citizen and resume preparation, services. It also conducts classes in computer applications, as well as organizes various cultural preservation activities. The organization offers citizenship and immigration support services to Indian, Mexican, Nepalese, Former Yugoslavian, Somalian and Afghani families. ZAM's Hope Community Resource Center organizes several events, including housing and health fairs.
