Miller Grove High School is one of DeKalb County's largest public high schools. It provides education for teens from 9th - 12th grade. It holds a media center, gymnasium and state of the art cafeteria, as well as a location near the DeKalb Medical Center, which works in tandem with the school through the new Health Occupations Center. It also features over 50 clubs and organizations. The school is helmed by Principal Matthew Priester.
