OoH DaT ChickeN was established in Washington D.C in 2012. Chef Owner/operator Jason Mirhady Graduated from Johnson & Wales university. While attending JWU he was classically trained in the Kitchen. Taking that training to many of Miami's finest Restaurants and Resorts such as the Fontainebleau, Loews Hotel, Meat Market and Barton G.. When he moved back home to the D.C area he decided to open up OoH DaT ChickeN food truck. Since then they have opened up one more truck with plans to open up a Brick and Mortar by 2017.
