After graduating culinary school from the CIA in NY, Chef AJ spent his next years working everything from Michelin starred kitchens in Vegas, to Barracks Row burger joints in DC. In summer of 2018, AJ chose to leave the kitchens of others and set out to do something delicious, that could be better for the planet, and our bodies.
