A Roman Catholic church serving Middlefield and surrounding communities, Notre Dame Church's beginnings date back to the early 1950's when Durham did not have a Catholic Church. Notre Dame Church is a part of the Diocese of Norwich, and offers many services including religious education, adult and youth ministry services and sacrament programs.
