History
I began teaching dance in 1979, after 6 years of instruction, including a month in Egypt and another in Greece. I started with a few friends and they fell in love with how great dance would make you feel and the total body workout too. When I relocated to the Bay Area in 89 I began teaching for city rec departments and created my first large theatrical troupe. the rest is history
Specialties
Tatseena is an awarded dance master/teacher/choreographer/healing therapist, a very encouraging instructor, inspiring women to love their body, including toning and grace from Mid-Eastern Bellydance and massage. Teaching a solid foundation covering muscle isolations, some anatomy, with a focus on proper posture, strength, and a bit of structure rehab along with fluidity. Basic yoga therapeutics are included to ensure workout safe and strong workout while you circle, shake, and roll your way into shape. All levels welcome.
