ProActive Physical Therapy is located onsite at Velocity Sports Performance. The facility offers physical therapy, hand therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. It is one of a few outpatient facilities in California that offer all four services. A licensed therapist provides individualized treatment to patients of all ages in an environment built around the patients’ needs.
