University of Arkansas Community College at Hope is an open-access, two-year institution of higher education. It provides academic, occupational, personal growth and cultural programs. The university was founded in 1965 as Red River Vocational-Technical School. It offers various courses, including business administration, criminal justice, early childhood education, human services teaching, animal science, respiratory care and crime scene investigation. The institution provides technical certificate in accounting office systems, industrial electricity, industrial maintenance technology, practical nursing, welding technology, and ventilation and air conditioning.
