History
Little Beans began as a home daycare in downtown Cheyenne. We quickly outgrew that space and in February 2019 we became licensed as a childcare center able to serve 46 children
Specialties
At Little Beans Playhouse we place a high value on the development of the whole child: physical, social, emotional, and cognitive. We believe in seeing each student individually. We want our children to test themselves, be creative and social, all while training their gross and fine motor skills. A big part of our everyday learning environment is routine outdoor time for all age groups. At Little Beans Playhouse we know that nature helps all children to train their senses, explore and have fun, all at the same time. We place high value on early literacy skills, supported by daily story time, with read & comprehend learning steps, retelling stories and expressing individual thoughts on topics through drawing. We like to encourage our students to try out different musical instruments and gain confidence in performing amongst friends. We created a safe learning environment in our infant & toddler rooms, equipped with comfortable nap mats and cribs, engaging sensory materials and more. Our changing station is conveniently connected to the classroom, providing our Little Ones with great supervision at all times. All Teachers at Little Beans Playhouse are Infant & Child First Aid & CPR certified. Our trained staff cares for our children with passion, paying attention to every student's individual needs and teaching a curriculum we strongly support and develop along with the guidelines of Laramie County School District #1, strongly supporting Kindergarten Readiness.
