This is a really cool visitor's center right across the Utah border in Evanston, Wyoming. There's a ton of parking, public restrooms with actual plumbing, a helpful and fully staffed information...

stopped by in late August. The river pathway was a nice walk. We saw bison and elk. I would recommend bringing a picnic lunch. We only stayed here for about an hour.
