History

Opened in October of 2014 by the parents of special needs individuals Willow Heart was designed to specifically meet the needs for services to care for adults and children with special needs. In it's first two years Willow Heart has doubled in size and continues to grow.

Specialties

Willow Heart Respite and Care center provides specialized adult day services, childcare, residential care, and respite in a safe, educational, caring environment. We offer a variety of activities including training in daily life skills along with recreational and leisure activities. Our focus is on learning and understanding the needs of our clients so that we can then assist them in meeting those needs.

New Hope Center, based in Chilton, Wis., is a nonprofit agency that serves individuals with disabilities to improve their quality of life within the community. It offers a variety of services that empowers children and adults by focusing on an individual's abilities and potential and offers training and employment at the New Hope Center and in the community. The Arc

The Arc of Fond du Lac is an association that empowers people with developmental disabilities to become independent through advocacy, education, training and support in Wisconsin. The association offers community-based living opportunities in more than five licensed homes. It provides money management and health monitoring services. The Arc of Fond du Lac also offers physical, occupational and speech therapies in homes, on-site clinics and child care centers. The association maintains a fleet of accessible vehicles. In addition, it provides special events for children between the ages of 8 and 21 years. The Arc of Fond du Lac offers community integration and adult day programs.
