Venture started out assisting banks in managing their Foreclosed Properties. We grew from preserving these properties to now Rehabbing them, finding quality tenants and acting as the landlord until they are sold. We now also assist investors in finding the right investment property to purchase as well as providing full service management for the property. Venture works with home owners who are having trouble selling their home in this market by leasing and managing the home while the market continues to improve.
