History
Urban Land Interests was organized in 1974 by Thomas Neujahr and Bradley Binkowski to provide real estate consulting, market and financial analysis to answer the real estate questions of property owners, developers, lenders and space users. Their first project involved the rehabilitation of the Arcadian Mineral Spring Company bottling house into a 27 unit apartment building. In the years since, ULI has renovated several buildings in the Madison area and undertaken new construction projects of their own, adding new apartment and commercial buildings to the Madison landscape. Most recently, ULI completed construction on their new apartment building Nine Line, and have begun construction on the Anchor Bank Building on the Capitol Square.
