History
True Nature Yoga is the yoga business of Peggy Frain, who became a certified Hatha Yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance in 2011. After renting a room at a local community center to offer classes, she opened True Nature Yoga studio in the lower level of the beautifully-restored, historical Eager Economy Building in downtown Evansville Wisconsin. People enter the studio and immediately sense the sacred grounding that the space offers, with exposed limestone and natural barnwood walls, wood floors, and burlap ceiling. The 1800 square foot studio opens to a community area featuring a 2-story historic windmill manufactured by Baker Manufacturing, the city's oldest industry. In January, 2015, studio became Evansville Mindfulness Co-op, shared by True Nature Yoga, Be Brilliant Yoga & Naomi Duggan Reiki & Meditation.
