Founded in 1869 in the Evangelical Union faith, Trinity became a United Church of Christ community in 1957, shortly after Brookfield incorporated as a city. Trinity UCC is part of the Wisconsin Conference of the United Church of Christ (www.ucc.org and http://www.wcucc.org). It offers a 10 a.m. Sunday worship service with Sunday School, followed by an hour of fellowship time. The facility also serves as a community gathering space for everything from Boy Scouts troop meetings to Alcoholics Anonymous sessions and classes on quilting, cooking and scrapbooking.
