Founded in 1965, Superior High School provides classes to students from grades nine through 12. It offers classes in a wide range of subjects, which includes art, science, social studies, mathematics, English, technical education, music and business studies. It offers foreign language courses in various international languages, including French, German and Spanish. The school offers a wide range of cocurricular activities, such as dramatics, figure skating, chess and cultural clubs. It also offers Amnesty International, badger boys and girls, and race car clubs; and foreign exchange programs. It also offers various sports activities, such as basketball, tennis, wrestling, soccer, softball and cheerleading sports. Its guidance department provides academic support and career services. The school is part of Superior School District and is located in Superior, Wis.
