We sell quality new and used local furniture and decor on consignment. Our shop brings a showroom feel to your second-hand shopping experience. Consignment gives us the opportunity to offer beautiful furniture on a consistent basis, and puts cash back into the pocket of our customers that have unwanted items. Our consignment services provide our customers with a way to sell their gently used furniture and decor at a reasonable price. Our contract is a 90-day contract that starts the day you bring in the item. We offer a 50/50 split of the sale price, and we ask that you make an appointment before bringing in furniture. We do allow customers the ability to email or text us photos of pieces beforehand; this is recommended. We began discounting at 20% after 30 days of the 90-day contract, and 60% at 60 days of the 90-day contract. After 90 days, the customer has 1 week to pick up furniture or we reserve the right to donate the piece. All furniture and decor must be approved before being sold by The Attic LLC. All items must be brought in by appointment, and must come in clean and in good condition.
