Our story began in the back of a Milwaukee, WI. barbershop as P.A. Staffing Service. From the beginning, owner Mike Skemp realized his clients needed more than just staffing. In response, Mr. Skemp cultivated Parallel to exceed the requirements of our customers, in both recruiting and service. Creating meaningful partnerships with our customers in all aspects of labor-management is the result. Today, Parallel is a fully-blended service company. We offer more than temporary staffing, including workforce management solutions, direct and permanent placement, and VMS (Vendor Management Services).
