Established in 1951, Newman Catholic High School serves students in grades 9 through 12. The school provides several special education programs that address the needs of students in Wausau, Wis. Newman Catholic High School offers a range of advanced placement courses in English literature, calculus, American history, American government, psychology, chemistry, physics, Spanish and studio art. It operates vocational and health and physical education departments. Newman Catholic High School also has a special service department for students with special needs. The school is a part of Newman Catholic School s, which offers a variety of cocurricular activities at the middle and high school levels.
