Founded in the 1960's by Michael Neufeld, we continue the legacy of providing quality affordable housing throughout the Milwaukee area. We own and manage our buildings to insure that our residents receive great service throughout their residency. We have over 50 years of experience in property management and proudly offer apartments, flats, and townhomes for rent. We are committed to building a strong community and are members of the Apartment Association of Southeastern Wisconsin.
