The congregation of Memorial United Methodist Church seeks to be the body of Christ in the world as it gathers for worship. The church emphasizes time spent learning about God's extravagant love for us , celebrates life as a community through fellowship and reaches out in to the world. Programs include children, youth, and music ministries. Child care is available on site.
The church stands adjacent to where the First Congregation of the Evangelical United Brethren Church in Wisconsin used to worship. The Centennial Historical Museum was build in 1858 to replace the first church erected in 1844. It was dedicated in honor of John Lutz, a missionary who came to the area in 1940.
