History
1949 - Neil McCarty founds the law firm in his hometown of Kaukauna after graduating from Harvard Law School. Neil retired from the firm in 1986. 1961 - An experienced litigator is needed and Irv Curry, a graduate of Lawrence University and the University of Michigan, joins the team to fill this role fresh from service in the Judge Advocate General Corp. Irv retired from the firm in 1998. 1972 - Dennis Wydeven, a Kimberly native and University of Wisconsin Law graduate, merges his independent practice with McCarty Law and brings a strong background in real estate law, elder law and estate planning. Dennis retired from the firm in 2003.
