About Inkwell Printers, llc Our history with small press publications including poetry books goes back to our very beginning. Since the early 1970's Inkwell Printers has assisted poets and writers' transforming their ideas and feelings to paper. That literary thread is woven into the fabric of what our business is today. In the early 1980's we developed a relationship with the late Edna Meudt of Dodgeville and became involved in producing the "Uplands Readers". Our involvement with area poets grew and with the assistance of Betsy Strand we printed the 'Wisconsin Poets' Calendar-1987. We have produced the annual calendar for the Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets each year since 1987 including the 2002 version. In fact, the editor of the 1992 Calendar was none other than Ellen Kort, Wisconsin Poet Laureate. Over the years we have produced many small books for many poets throughout the state. It is a part of our business that we look forward to and truly enjoy.
