Specialties
The German Fit program is unlike any other in the country. You will never do the same workout and you will never get bored. Our program offers small group classes that focus on strength and conditioning. Our group classes allow you to experience the difference between static training with machines and dynamic training through movement. The classes are divided between Strength and conditioning. Each class runs for 45 minutes, except our 30 minute special core attack. The sessions will build strength, coordination, and develop the fitness level of each person and significantly reduce the occurrence of injury.
