Community Living Alliance is a community-based, nonprofit organization that provides community resources for people suffering from physical disabilities. The organization has four primary programs that include health advantage, Wisconsin partnership program, medical assistant personal care, and community integration and community options program. Wisconsin partnership program is a comprehensive health and long-term support program that offers various acute care services. It offers various services, such as attendant care, service coordination, chore services, primary health care, prevention education, training and referral services. Its long-term support programs offer information about and funding for community-based needs, including housekeeping, laundry, shopping, meal preparation, personal care assistance, emergency response systems and transportation. Located in Madison, Wis., the organization encourages its members and consumers to utilize public and private resources.
