The Caledonia Fire Department is administered by the Village of Caledonia in Wisconsin. The department provides emergency medical and fire protection and education services. It functions through various fire stations. Established in 1953, the Caledonia Fire Department maintains a fleet of engines, tankers and multipurpose vehicles. The department coordinates school fire safety education and juvenile fire intervention programs, as well as conducts cardiopulmonary resuscitation classes. The Village of Caledonia in Wisconsin is spread over an area of more than 45 square miles and serves over 25,000 residents. It also provides full-time local health treatment services to residents through the Caledonia/Mt. Pleasant Joint Health Department.
