Artisan 179 is a collaborative vision of owners Carrie Boehm and Ted Anderson.Their wish is to give their guest a chance to experience hospitality with superior service, unique cocktails, and creative Cuisine. Our restaurant is more than a place to eat, it is a community of lovers of food and drink, artists and musicians. As we bring together our food and art, we hope to ignite creativity in all who join us!

ARTISAN 179 is committed to bringing our guests the very best in Artisan cuisine and cocktails. We have a passion for local food, artists and music, and pride ourselves on our Chef's signature dishes and our custom cocktails. We believe our passion will show through in the experience you share with us every time you let us serve you! Our food is Modern Global Cuisine. It is freshly prepared from scratch by our experienced kitchen team lead by Executive Chef Jeff Slough, Sous Chef Rasia Posey. We favor using local vendors as often as possible and partner with all of our vendors to provide you with the freshest ingredients available. We want to share with you our passion...a passion for our craft, for food, for art, for music. We create our Cuisine and Cocktails with passion, using house made ingredients like simple syrups, bitters, aged rye and techniques like smoking, curing, and sous vide cooking. Our Bar will have several selections of craft draft beer, a wide variety of bottled domestic, imported and craft beer, cocktails crafted with our house made simple syrups and an exclusive wine program sure to please any palate!
