The Sienna Green Apartments are located near the intersection of Snelling and Highway 36 close to the Rosedale Center Mall. The apartments were originally constructed in 1968 and were purchased by Aeon Properties in 2006 who has remodeled the 120 existing apartments and built an additional 50 on the site. Aeon is a nonprofit developer that emphasizes affordable housing in the Twin Cities. According to its Web site the average annual income of residents in all the Twin Cities properties is $16,507. Sienna Green can be a little tricky to find because it's nestled right up against the intersection of Highway 36 and Snelling. Your best bet, though, is to take Snelling south bound and turn in at the first right after the exits for Highway 36. That'll put you onto the frontage road, West Snelling, and you can follow that right up to the main building of the Sienna Green apartments.
