Located in Clarksburg, W. Va., Robert C. Byrd High School serves students in grades nine through 12 and is operated by Harrison County Schools. It offers a wide variety of academic programs, including business and technology education, driver s education, English, family and consumer science, fine arts, foreign languages, mathematics, physical education, health science, social studies and computers. The high school provides various athletic activities, such as baseball, basketball, cheerleading, cross country, football, golf, soccer, softball, swimming, track, tennis, volleyball and wrestling. It offers a wide variety of extracurricular activities, including theater, key and interact clubs, choir, student council and the National Honor Society. The high school is approved by the North Central Association of Secondary Schools and Colleges and the West Virginia Department of Education.
