McKenna Consulting was founded in 1989 for the purpose of providing consulting and education for healthcare professionals. The vision was to provide humorous, practical education and consultation that would make the Joint Commission Standards real to the leaders and staff of healthcare organizations. Over the last five years, our focus has changed to Standard Based Leadership. We now have many clients who are not Joint Commission accredited.
