Happy Tailz is the passion project of two animal-loving entrepreneurs and their family. The Mellett family's mission, in launching Happy Tailz, is to champion the happiness and extend the longevity of all pets. Everyone who has ever adopted a pet, whether purebred or mixed breed, knows that they are always gone too soon. Some even consider it one of life's cruel jokes - that our pets don't live as long as we do. So when the vision of Happy Tailz was on the drawing board, the goal quickly became apparent - to build a community that would share information about how we keep our pets happy, healthy and in our lives for as long as possible. Over the past several decades, much research and advancement have occurred in life-extending nutrition, play-time, grooming, behavior, and veterinary care. The goal of Happy Tailz is to share what we've all learned, as a pet-loving community, to encourage and support pet owners to give their pets the best chance of living a long and full life.
