As more applications and programs are loaded (life's stresses), the computer (our brain) can bog down. When you update your computer's processor or even defragment your hard drive, your pathways are clearer, your overall health improves. This practice can help you upgrade your processor. Through gentle touches, coaching and somato-respiratory (body-breath) exercises, we promote your brain's natural tendencies to reorganize and grow.
