The United Church in University Place is located off of Grandview Drive West, next to the city's Curran Apple Orchard. It is affiliated with the United Church of Christ and the United Methodist Church. The church welcomes everyone, no matter who they are or where they are on life's journey. It values diversity and does not tell its congregation what to believe, instead encouraging people to grow with their faith. The church and its members participate in a number of events, including group hikes, dinners and volunteer functions. The pastor here is Rev. Jennifer Walters.
